Payment Policies

All payments collected are associated with rent invoicing and rent collection schedules for all residential lease agreements. All funds collected will be applied directly to tenant incurred balances.

If applicable, any and all credits toward rental amounts will be at the discretion of the property management team and applied when deemed necessary. Payments for rent are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

We are happy to utilize STRIPE as our secured payment processor. All bills will be delivered to you individually based on contact information provided within your residential rental lease agreement.
